Rhonda Willingham, co-founder of People of Christ Ministries alongside her husband, Pastor
Brian Willingham, brings a rich blend of professional expertise, artistic creativity, and deep faith
to her community. Rhonda earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky followed
by a master’s degree from Central Michigan University.
Her extensive career spans over 34 years as a Therapist in Behavioral Medicine at Hurley Medical Center, where she has made significant contributions to mental health and wellness. As a Mixed Media artist and entrepreneur, Rhonda's creative spirit shines through in her business, Sista Girl Greetings, which has sold throughout the US and internationally and her innovative fitness program, PraiseRcize. PraiseRcize is a faith-based women’s fitness class set to gospel music, which Rhonda teaches twice a week. She has expanded this program into local shelters and across the city, bringing both physical and spiritual upliftment to participants.
Rhonda also leads an online women’s Bible study, fostering a community of faith and learning. She is the creator of the Dinner Theatre God’s Museum. This production gives viewers a creative look at women of the Bible as seen through a creative yet relatable Lense.
Rhonda is the loving wife and Ministry partner to Pastor Brian Willingham. They have been married for 36 years. They have three adult children. Dorian (Michelle), Brittany and Brandon Willingham. In her spare time Lady Rhonda enjoys spending time with family and friends, Fine Art, gardening, she is an avid indoor and outdoor Volleyball player.
